DIN Mount Display

The Dash Mount Display is designed to integrate seamlessly with Smart Weigh’s vehicle load monitoring systems, offering an efficient, user-friendly interface for managing vehicle payloads.

The display is compact enough to fit into spare DIN slots and can be mounted either on the vehicle’s dashboard or within the panel. Equipped with a full-color LCD touch screen, it provides operators with precise, real-time load data, helping to optimize load distribution, enhance profit margins, and prevent overloading.

With intuitive, easy-to-navigate on-screen menus, drivers can view weight details in Net, Gross, Percent, Collected, or Delivered formats. The display includes essential features such as on-screen customer identification, secure PIN-protected access, transaction logging, and print capabilities, along with diagnostic tools for added reliability.

Compatible with various accessory devices, the display ensures maximum payload efficiency and vehicle utilization. Its touch screen calibration also makes setup fast and straightforward.

Air Ride Suspension Sensors
For air ride suspensions, the system uses durable, shock-resistant pressure transmitters specifically designed for the harsh conditions of the automotive industry. Installation is straightforward—just connect the sensor to the airline using the provided tee piece, allowing rapid integration within minutes.

Mechanical Suspension Sensors
The system uses high-precision micro sensors that attach directly to coil, single-leaf, or parabolic mechanical suspensions. Installation is quick and requires no modifications, keeping vehicle downtime to a minimum. The display fits into standard service slots in workshops, needing no special tools or skills. Unlike systems that require complex brackets, rods, or springs, the display setup simply involves connecting the sensors to the suspension and running the cable to the display.

The sensors are also adaptable for mixed suspension types.
